Young, Pregnant Woman Earns Her High School Diploma at the Library

Grand County Library Districtrecently graduated their firstCareer Online High Schoolstudent, Malynn Glass, a mother of a toddler with another on the way, who dropped out of high school due to family issues and trouble transferring credits.

Glass is the program’s first Grand County graduate, though seven others are nearing completion. The district plans to hold a graduation ceremony in January.
