Two Gale Titles Named 2019 PROSE Award Finalists

Recently, two Gale titles have been namedfinalists in the Association of American Publishers (AAP) 2019 PROSE Awards——金宝搏彩票盖尔拘谨的ary Sources’Political Extremism and Radicalism in the Twentieth Century: Far-Right and Left Political Groups in the US, Europe and Australiaand GVRL’sSt. James Encyclopedia of Hip Hop Culture.

The 165 finalists are defined as “scholarly works published in 2018” and span across 49 subject categories.Political Extremism and Radicalism in the Twentieth Century: Far-Right and Left Political Groups in the US, Europe and Australiais a finalist in the “Reference Works – eProduct” category, whileSt. James Encyclopedia of Hip Hop Cultureis listed in the “Reference Works – Single Volume Reference/Humanities” category.

On January 29, AAP will announce a Subject Category Winner from among the Finalists in each category. Subject Category Winners will go on to compete for one of four awards: The 2019 PROSE Award for Excellence in Biological and Life Sciences, the 2019 PROSE Award for Excellence in Humanities, the 2019 PROSE Award for Excellence in Physical Sciences and Mathematics, and the 2019 PROSE Award for Excellence in Social Sciences.
