所以…我看过一百万年2年一个专家d I am still unsure of what is causing my strange health ailments. I am yelled at weekly by my husband not to go to the open web to do random health research on my symptoms as I always exaggerate the worst case scenario. However, I have found that using vetted health resources from the Library has helped me learn about how to ask a good question when I meet with a doctor. I recently have been working with a great doctor out of State, and I was able to do research on the medicine he wanted me to begin and a few conditions he believed to be possible without the fear of finding crazed lunatics on some of these health forums that have scared the living daylights out of me. Using the library has really helped me learn how to not self-diagnose, but to take my health into my own hands and ask a good educated question.
